At Blooming Smiles, we make a conscious effort to ensure that our patients are comfortable and happy with the services that we offer. We believe in the importance of educating our patients and will work with your child individually to ensure they understand the importance of dental hygiene and how to avoid common dental problems.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. Please note that we request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.
After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you will be subject to an additional fee. Orthodontic patients will be charged $35.00 and pediatric dental patients will have to place a $75.00 reservation fee for their next appointment. This fee will be applied toward treatment if you come to the reserved appointment.
We can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. The state does not require our practice to complete insurance paperwork, however, as a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
