The best way to speed up your Invisalign treatment is to wear your aligners for however long your orthodontist recommends every day. Generally, patients are advised to wear their aligners for a minimum of 20 hours per day, although 22 hours per day is recommended.

Although there are many orthodontic issues Invisalign can fix, there are some issues it can't. For instance, if teeth need to be severely straightened, Invisalign may not be able to do that. In addition, if gaps are too big, Invisalign may not be able to fix that either. The results of how quickly Invisalign may work varies from patient to patient; however, some patients notice a subtle difference within 10-12 weeks.
