Dr. Deyanira Sánchez, D.D.S.

Dr. Deyanira Sanchez is a board certified pediatric dentist. Dr. Sanchez is a L.A. native who received accreditation for Doctor in Dental Surgery as well as a certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of California, Los Angeles. She has pursued national and international training in dentistry. She received a B.A. in pathology as well as a Doctor in Dental Surgery degree from the University of Guadalajara in Mexico in 2000. During her last year of Mexican social service, she functioned as chief resident/pre-doctoral clinical instructor in prosthodontics.

Currently, she holds a part time clinical/ lecturer faculty position at UCLA where she teaches the predoctoral dental students. Dr. Sánchez is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is the President of the executive committee of the Southern California Society of Dentistry for Children.

Dr. Sanchez enjoys sharing home makeover projects with her husband and musical "jam sessions" with her 2 children. When she is not at the office you may find her lifting weights at the gym, practicing mixed martial arts or biking/hiking/trail running in the Santa Monica Mountains with her family and friends.
